Amelia is my friend who is a very brave girl. Since her elder brother went to overseas last year, she lived alone with her parents. Last month, Amelia's father was relocated to Alor Gajah for a better job.
Hence, her father bought a new house for the family. Yet, they did not realise that it was a haunted house. One day, after attending a party, Amelia and her family went home late. They were very tired and went straight to bed at around 12 p.m. Amelia also did not know that it was a strange night. At about 3.00 a.m, they were awakened by some loud ang strange noises.
Then, they woke up and started searching for the source of the noises. A couple of minutes later, a ghost with a terrible face and chains on its legs appeared in front of them. The ghost was very eager to see the scared and frightened faces of the family. In spite of this, they were very calm and puzzled upon seeing the ghost. Besides that, they left the ghost and returned to their beds without saying anything.
After the incident, the ghost was disappointed as it was the first time it failed to scare people. Likewise, it also wondered and kept asking itself the reason why the family were not afraid with its appearance. Then, it went to its hide. It was very annoyed with itself and started thinking earnestly for some ways to scare the family before they went to sleep.
The next day, the ghost was very determined and targeted Amelia as its first victim becauses she was the youngest in the family. Unfortunately, when the ghost was about to show Amelia its most frightening face, the girl had started to scold it instead of screaming or ran away. This time,, it was very depressed when it failed its objective / mission again. Amelia was sympathise with the ghost and try to advise and console it. It also decided to let bygones be bygones and wanted to turned a new leaf.
After that night, the ghost left the family peacefully. It was also never be seen around the neighbourhood again.
